Children's Birthday Parties - Queenswood Country Park, Herefordshire

We Host Fun-filled Woodland Birthday Parties for up to 16 Children

Saturdays: 11am to 1:30pm

We create the space for the children to enjoy!

Including a variety of activities for them to try, including:

Den building
Hammock swinging
Mud kitchen
Woodland/nature creations
Fire
Woodland inspired games

But the space is there for the children to enjoy, relax and have fun.

The party structure: A party is booked for a Saturday from 11am to 1:30pm. Children and parents meet in the Queenswood adventure play area until all the children have arrived. A member of our team will then take the children to our woodland site for 1.5 hours of activities.

After the woodland activities, our team member will leave and you will have use of the woodland for 1 hour to have your own birthday feast.

We can accommodate up to 16 children per party. For children under 7 we ask that you provide 1 adult to every 5 children, and for children over 7 we ask that you provide 1 adult to every 8 children. 2 members of staff (first aid trained) will be with the group on arrival and during the woodland party.

Younger siblings are welcome but need to be supervised by parents who are staying for the entire time. We endeavour to take the children outside in all but extreme weather conditions. We ask that parents include on the party invitations that children come dressed for the weather.

Parties are £200 for up to a maximum of 16 children.

The party cost includes 2 free parking permits but other attendees will need to pay for parking.

The Jubilee Building is available to hire for the party if you wish to have an indoor area for the birthday feast. It has a small kitchen with a fridge, kettle and microwave, reusable plates, bowls and cups, bright tablecloths and happy birthday banners. The cost for the party to include the Jubilee building is £250. You would be most welcome to come and look around our Jubilee Building, and our woodland site which is tucked away in a beautiful area of the woods. It is accessible to pushchairs.

Cancellation policy:

If Wildplay should cancel — a 100% refund will be provided to the customer
If the customer should cancel — a 50% refund will be provided to the customer

Running Time

Birthday parties are two and a half hours long and run from either 10 am until 12.30pm or 2 pm until 4.30 pm.

What we Provide

We can provide tables, birthday banners, reusable plates, bowls, cups and cutlery in the Jubilee Building for your birthday tea but all food and drink must be provided by yourselves. There is also a small kitchen where you can prepare food.

Cost

Parties for 15 children are £120, with an additional cost of £7 for per child, up to a maximum of 20.
*Survival parties will be charged at two rates £120 up to 15 children or £155 for up to 20 children.

The Nature’s Explorers Cost

The Nature’s Explorers pass the parcels are £10 for 15 children and £15 for 20 children. They include a wildlife themed prize, chocolate biscuit safari packs as the prizes in between the layers and use paper or tissue paper that can be recycled. Please let us know if you require a non-chocolate prize.
