As you embark on this journey through our pristine nature reserve, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with the healing power of the forest designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing.
Guided Experience: Your Shinrin Yoku walk will be guided by experienced naturalists who are well-versed in the art of forest bathing. They will lead you on a mindful exploration of Queenswood, helping you attune to the sights, sounds and scents of the forest.
Awaken Your Senses: During the walk, you’ll be encouraged to engage all your senses. Listen to the gentle rustle of leaves and the songs of birds. Inhale deeply to savour the earthy aroma of the forest floor. Touch the rough bark of ancient trees and the soft moss beneath your feet. Witness the interplay of light and shadow as it dances through the canopy.
