Children’s wildlife art calendar competition launched!

Children’s wildlife art calendar competition launched!

Do you know a little person who loves to create? Do they love wildlife and the outdoors?

We’re looking for entries along a ‘Woodland Wildlife’ theme. It could be trees or squirrels, bluebells or badgers; butterflies, moths, an owl or a spider! We’re looking for anything that you might find in a Herefordshire woodland.

Our favourite entries will be featured in a 2018 calendar which will be sold in aid of Herefordshire Wildlife Trust.

The entries will be judged in three catagories:

  • Ages 5 & under
  • Ages 10 & under
  • Ages 14 & under

The winner of each catagory will receive a year’s membership of Wildlife Watch (or alternative prize if already a member.)

The overall winner will have their picture featured on the cover of the calendar and will receive one year’s membership of Wildlife Watch plus an additional extra special prize.

All entries featured in the calendar will receive a small prize, awarded at a prize-giving event later in the year.
